Hi, I’m Kris. I’m local climber and founder of Bali Adventure Climbing. I have over a Decade of indoor and outdoor climbing experience and have also competed internationally.

There are some beautiful climbing spots here in Bali, from routes inside the caldera of Mt. Batur to climbing and bouldering on the cliffs off the coast.
We’ll show you how to climb for the very first time or take you places where you can practice your crimps, pinches and underclings.

We have top-of-the-line professional shoes, harnesses, rope, etc. All you need to bring is your A-game.

All-day Epic Trip
Rock Climbing + Hot Springs
This is our most popular trip. We’ll pick you up at your hotel or villa and drive up to Kintamani and then descend into the caldera of Mt. Batur where we’ll climb along 200m of cliffs with the volcano in the background. Afterward you’ll soothe those sore muscles in the local hot spring resort before heading back down.

1 Day Climbing + Overnight Glamping
Climbing + Overnight Camping
Similar to the trip above but we’ll spend the night camping in the caldera of the volcano of Mt. Batur. You’ll get to do some climbing on Day 1 and than head back out in the second day by afternoom.

Not only will you get to camp for the night in the caldera while doing some epic rock climbing and visiting a hot spring, we’ll also take you on a trek to the top of Mt. Batir where you will experience some one-of-a-kind views that you’ll never forget.

No problem. We loved to take people climbing for the first time so they can fall in love with this incredible sport. We’ll teach you all the essential safety requirements and start with nice and easy routes to get you comfortable.

That depends on you, we have several different locations around the island of Bali where we can go. Contact us so we can find the perfect place to take you.

All of the locations where we climb are great for beginners all the way to expert climbers, the range of difficulties are from (4a-8a) or (5.5-5.13b).

Just bring some comfortable clothes you don’t mind getting dirty and extra changing clothes if necessary, a flip flop, a bathing suit and towel for the hot springs, suntan lotion and maybe some mosquito spray.

Yes we have 2 new places to Climb, especially bouldering, we have Monk Climbing Gym in Ubud and Klimb Bouldering Gym in Babakan Canggu
